Great construction and love the accessories that makes it easy to transfer/store matcha. Makes it easy to sift larger amounts without making such a mess and takes an extra step out of my daily matcha routine! Also easy to clean which is a huge plus for me.

this black sesame powder is delicious, goes great with tang yuan (glutinous rice balls). MUCH better quality than what you can get at most stores.

These make an excellent summertime lunch! I serve them cold with a gochujang sauce, medium boiled eggs, and cucumber slivers and it’s delicious. The fact that they have whole protein is great for someone trying to incorporate more plant protein and they are also gluten free :D

This soba is authentic from Japan and very tasty! Some of the sauces are better than others, but the soba is the best. If you want excellent traditional soba, not the soba from Whole Foods, this is the real deal.

I purchased the MIDORI specifically for iced matcha. I used the 90ml+60ml+3g ration on the back of the bag and it works well. I tripled the numbers which makes 450ml or just over 15oz: 9oz milk + 6oz water + 9g matcha powder. In case you have issue visualizing 3g of matcha powder, it is a rounded (non-level) teaspoon scoop.

It's very light and smells wonderful; you can tell that it is made from a high-quality material. Quite different from the ones I bought at the store here in the US. It's easy to whisk with this one.

This matcha is perfect for the daily matcha drinker. I make mine straight (no milk or sugar) and it is great on its own. When I first smell it, it has a toasted comforting scent and it froths up beautifully. Matcha is such a grounding and peaceful ritual that I look forward to everyday and nozomi adds to a peaceful morning for me.

Midori is my go to matcha for my morning lattes. I like mine without sweeteners or added flavors, and this has a slight touch of grassiness that goes well with the milk. It's not very bitter or strong, so it is also very pleasant as an iced matcha.

I have been making matcha lattes with Nozomi - 3g matcha, 60g water, and some oat milk. It has been such a wonderful experience! First, the powder is a vibrant green right out of the bag, which is visually pleasing. Second, the best way I can describe this matcha is: gentle, but assertive. She's a reliable matcha. A humble matcha that has your back. Not "grassy", so this is a perfect one for beginners. Well-rounded and smoooth!

I love the strong taste. Truly reminds me of the matcha I had in Japan.
