Nutrition & Allergen Notes
Noodles CONTAIN BUCKWHEAT. buckwheat only; manufactured in a wheat-free facility in Shinshu, Japan.
Buckwheat is, despite its name, NOT a type of wheat. Buckwheat is in the same family as rhubarb and sorrel. If you have a buckwheat allergy, do not consume this product.
While this product does not contain wheat, some of the pasta sauce may be produced in a facility that handles wheat-containing products.

What is Soba Pasta?
"Soba Pasta" is a contemporary interpretation of classic soba noodles. By pairing buckwheat noodles with Japanese-style pasta sauces, it reimagines a traditional ingredient in a more approachable, versatile format. Perfect for those looking to enjoy the benefits of soba in a refined, health-conscious way.
Is the product a one-time purchase?
No, this kit is only available as a subscription. The "Trial Kit" and the "Expert Pack" (soba-only) boxes are available for one-time purchase.
Can I choose my sauce?
Unfortunately, you cannot select the sauce. Each month, we will handpick and send you a selection of pasta sauces.
I’m not sure which kit to choose.
If you want to try it first, we recommend purchasing the one-time trial kit with 4 servings.
If you plan to eat about twice a week, the Hotaka Kit (8 servings) is ideal. For those who want to enjoy soba pasta more regularly or with family, we recommend the Asama Kit (12 servings) or the Fuji Kit (28 servings).
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. You’ll stop being charged immediately. Cancellation will take effect the following month after completing the cancellation procedure.
How long does it take to receive?
We ship from Japan twice a month—around the 10 th and 24 th. Once your box is handed to Japan Post you’ll see a tracking e-mail, and U.S. delivery is usually 7–14 days after that. In most cases you’ll have your kit 10–25 days from the day you place (or renew) the order, depending on where your purchase falls against our monthly 21 st cut-off.
I have food allergies and preferences. Can you exclude them in the subscription?
Some products may contain allergens, and unfortunately, we cannot exclude specific items from your subscription. A nutrition label will be included with each shipment, so please review it carefully before consuming.
