Shipping & Pickup Policy

Shipping Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Economy Shipping – We offer free economy shipping on all orders over $75 (before taxes and fees). This free shipping option will automatically be applied at checkout when your order meets the qualifying amount.
  • Expedited Shipping – Faster delivery for an additional charge, also calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees are shown before you complete your order and again in your order confirmation email. Estimated delivery dates and options available depend on the items in your cart and your shipping address. We currently ship only to the United States.

Important Notes

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. 
  • Delivery timeframes vary based on item availability, the shipping option selected, and your destination.

Carrier Delivery

We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, carriers handle the final delivery, and delivery dates may change due to carrier schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather, or incorrect customer-provided address information. 

If your package is delayed, please check the shipment confirmation email for the tracking number and contact the carrier. If you need assistance with tracking or understanding readiness times, please contact us at hello@wadolab.com with your order number.

Local Pickup

We offer free pickup at our pop-up locations below:
Santa Clara Farmers' Market on Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM
San Jose Japantown Farmer's Market on the second and fourth Sunday, 8 AM to 12 PM

How It Works:

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
  • Orders must be placed by Friday at 6 PM PST to be eligible for that weekend's pickup.
    e.g., pickup orders placed between 2/1 (Sun) - 2/6 (Fri) are eligible for 2/7 (Sat) pickup
  • Pick up at chacha maimai's booth during market hours

You will receive a confirmation email with instructions once your order is prepared for pickup. Please read the instructions and bring your order confirmation email.

Important Notes

  • We do not store pickup orders indefinitely. Orders not picked up on the scheduled market date will be held for only one additional week. After 2 missed pickup dates, unclaimed orders may be canceled.
  • Our booth is located within the farmers' market. Please use public parking or street parking.
  • While we do our best to keep the pop-up schedule consistent, it may change for various reasons. Please wait for the confirmation email before coming to pick up your order. For the latest schedule updates, please check our Instagram or contact us.
