Buckwheat is, despite its name, NOT a type of wheat. Buckwheat is in the same family as rhubarb and sorrel. If you have a buckwheat allergy, do not consume this product.

Sauces: Contains milk, shellfish (shrimp/squid), fish (anchovy), soy, beef.

This is the best soba I have ever had!

This soba is authentic from Japan and very tasty! Some of the sauces are better than others, but the soba is the best. If you want excellent traditional soba, not the soba from Whole Foods, this is the real deal.
