General Questions
What’s included in my subscription box?
Depending on your plan, each month you’ll receive the following:
- Asama (12 servings)
- 6 packs of soba noodles
- 12 packs of sauce (4 flavors × 3 packs each) - Fuji (28 servings)
- 14 packs of soba noodles
- 28 packs of sauce (7 flavors × 4 packs each)
Each box will include a pamphlet with cooking instructions and monthly feature content.
Which pasta sauces will I receive?
Each month includes a curated selection from our core lineup of 4–7 pasta sauces. Flavor details will be in our Sauce Gallery blogs.
Can I customize my box for allergies or dietary restrictions?
We’re sorry, we do not offer customizations at this time. All subscribers receive the same contents.
What if something is expired?
If any item is expired, contact us at support@wadolab.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos. We’ll provide a refund or replacement.
Managing Your Subscription
How do I skip a month?
Log in and go to Subscription Settings → Skip Next Shipment. Be sure to do this before your payment date.
How can I update my shipping address?
Go to your Address Book under your account to update your address. Changes apply to your next shipment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Subscription Settings, click Cancel Subscription. You won’t be charged for any upcoming subscription payment.
Single-Box Purchases
Can I try a box without subscribing?
Yes! Our Trial Kit includes:
- 2 packs of soba noodles (4 servings)
- 4 different pasta sauces
Billing & Payments
When will I be charged each month?
You’re billed monthly on the same date you first subscribed.
Example: If you subscribed on January 2, you’ll be charged on the 2nd of each month
What is the order cutoff date?
The cutoff for the next month’s box is the 21st of each month at 11:59 PM PT (Pacific Time).
What is your refund policy?
For damaged or defective items: Refund or replacement when contacted us at support@wadolab.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos.
Please note that taste preferences are not eligible for refund.
What currency is used?
All prices are listed in US dollars (US$).
What should I do if my payment fails?
- Re-enter or update your payment method in your account.
- Ensure your card is valid and has sufficient funds.
- If problems persist, email us at support@wadolab.com with a screenshot.
How do I apply a coupon? Can I use more than one?
Enter your coupon code at checkout. Only one coupon may be applied per order.
Shipping Information
Do you ship internationally?
SANGAKU currently only ships to the U.S.
How much is the shipping?
The flat-rate shipping fee will be added at the checkout.

What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Email us at support@wadolab.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos. We’ll resend the item or issue a refund.
When will my box ship, and how long does delivery take?
Subscription: We ship from Japan twice a month—around the 10 th and 24 th.
One-time purchase: Your box ships as soon as possible after you place the order.
Once the parcel is handed to Japan Post you’ll receive a tracking e-mail, and U.S. delivery is usually 7–14 days after that. In most cases you’ll have your kit 10–25 days from the day you order (or renew).
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check your tracking number in your confirmation email. If it’s delayed by more than 5 business days, contact us at support@wadolab.com
