A simple matcha brownie bites made with chacha maimai's matcha powder HAYATE.

Ingredients
A.
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
B
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons HAYATE
- 1 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
C
- handful of white chocolate chips (can use other types of chocolate, but we recommend white chocolate to bring out the matcha flavor the most)
Prep
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Coat your baking dish with oil or line with parchment paper
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix A (butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract). Whisk until the mixture is very smooth.
- Sift in B (matcha, flour, salt) and mix with a spatula. Do not over mix; lightly mix until the ingredients are combined.
- Stir in C (chocolate chips)
- Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread evenly
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes
- Let it cool before serving
