Great for cold summer meals :)

These make an excellent summertime lunch! I serve them cold with a gochujang sauce, medium boiled eggs, and cucumber slivers and it’s delicious. The fact that they have whole protein is great for someone trying to incorporate more plant protein and they are also gluten free :D
