- Spring Equinox Small Bites: Taste small bites inspired by Shojin Ryori (traditional, plant-based Japanese Buddhist cuisine) and enjoy a sweet botamochi (a traditional Japanese spring confection) with matcha.
- Matcha 101: Learn the basics of matcha as a tea and as a cultural practice.
- Matcha Preparation: Prepare a bowl of matcha using authentic Japanese tea tools (Takayama Chasen), with tips on modern modifications.
- Matcha Tasting: Sip and explore our matcha collection.
